Paint The Town Red is a black and white comic about monster babes (of the more sapphic persuasion) who kiss, date and have dramatic pasts, presents and futures! It includes traditional favourite monsters: vampires, werewolves and demons all learning to try and co-exist with one another.

Volume 1 follows the life of Winona “Winny” Barlowe as she comes to terms with her new life as a werewolf. She is taken under the wing of Odile Brady, a seasoned werewolf themself, and the two maintain a shelter for wayward werewolves. One night, however, they two are faced with a new dilemma, a lost and wounded vampire in need of shelter…

Volume 2 tangles with issues of the past as Vic brings home Em, a werewolf Winny has some history with–but is it exactly as she remembers? Meanwhile, Vic spots a new vampire on the loose… who soon finds their way to the Barlowe…

Volume 3 introduces the rest of the colourful cast, with new dramas to boot. What’s more, it seems like there’s more than just vampires and werewolves stalking around Merlot, and our humble characters are about to all find that out for themselves. New romances, new dangers–what more is waiting in the shadows?
